Tonight I was privileged enough to have an older gentleman and his wife demonstrate the performance of the new STS. I'm not sure which model it was but it was definitely a V8, so according to them it would have had between 320-440 HP The whole situation was surprising, but the Laser seems a bit quicker, even with the 16g set at only 16psi, and running on gas of questionable octane. (full mod list in profile) Cadillac has surprised me though, those are definately fast WITH CLASS!  I think the owner was surprised also. :wink: |

Probably the 320hp, 0-60 in 5.9s one. I think if it's the STS-V, they should know . |

You know, I feel dumb admitting this but hell it was dark that night. :oops: I saw the guy again today. He waved at me I got a better look at his car and it was not even a Cadi at all :oops: It was a 300C  5.7 Hemi 0-60 in 5.3 I can't wait to get my Laser to the track. |

Heh heh, yes, the 300C would be quite different from a cadillac. As far as I can see/find, the 300Cs 0-60 is 5.8 to 6.2, and low 14s for a 1/4 mile. True, it's 340 hp, but it's also around 4100lbs or so. The 300C SRT-8 though has 425hp, does right around 5s and 13s for the 1/4.
