Cheesy
so yeah... i drive a turbo'd prelude.. 14b turbo etc... im running about 6psi... up until yesterday, i had a crappy powerband once i hit turbo and i was starving for fuel... i have a vortech FMU and DSM fuel pump.. but that wasnt enough... a while back i ordered a 1st gen AFC off ebay.. $150US... i installed that this morning and took it for a spin... it doesnt run that well below 2000rpm, but ill fix that... but wow... i turned up the fuel 10% above 4000rpm.. and it pulls like crazy... its probably making twice the hp it was yesterday.. i can easily chirp tires into 3rd gear now... im loving it... i also have an EGT gauge... and im not running nearly as hot... S-AFC's are awesome devices... i think im in love with mine  Cheesy

Sweet, yeah that's what I need next. I was thinking that my next mods would be over $1000 but there is still some cheaper stuff to get. I'll get a 5knob AFC and an EGT. That'll stop the shakes and cold sweating for a while longer while I save for a 16G.

I'm with you Jeremy Smiley

Just doing some logging on the way home from work, and I apparently need 20% more fuel once it hits 5 grand or so.

Yeah those damn loggers are bad for the wallet.  It lets you see problems that weren't there before and of course you HAVE to get it done for safety(or at least thats the excuse I use  )

Thanks Jared but I've gotta back up the pimpness of the car with a good timeslip.  Maybe I'll make it out this year.

The logger does take a pretty good dent out of the wallet but it'll save you from blowing an engine.  I wish I had my logger before I blew mine.
