Well I'm pretty sure these hoses often blow-off if I take my car to 4000rpm.  It's usually the left one first.  I don't want to zap strap it because I want to know why it's doing that and I don't want a band-aid fix. I know these hoses blow-off because after they do my car struggles to idle. It idles at 600-800(changes everytime).  When I drive then put the car in neutral the revs drop to 400 then bounce and stabalize at 800 when the hoses are blown off.

The car is a 95 Talon AWD 5Spd, 192,000km, Evo3 Turbo, 3" Cone Air Filter, duel slim oem fans.

Why does my car do this?  Or are these lines supposed to be tightly fitted with straps?

I would replace the hose. It could just be after years they have explanded and will not fit tight anymore. what kind of boost are you running(just curious)

those are for your fuel pressure regulator solenoid.

factory they have those funny little spring clamps on em, so yes, they are supposed to be tight.  You can put zip ties on there to hold em, its not a band-aid fix.

your car runs like crap when they are off because its a huge unaccounted for vacuum leak.

Right now the car is on stock boost because I have to find a data logger set-up, heck I still need to find me a boost gauge.

I'm glad it's not something serious. I remember reading somewhere here that the person just zapped them on and said "he'll figure out why they do that later", this is what caused my concern.

Thanks a lot for the quick replies.
