I did anything but kiss ass when I dealt with them... I started lawyer threatening, and said that I had talked to one, even though I hadn't yet.. it still got their attention though, I faked it pretty good...

The adjusters work for the insurance company, and it's their job to save ICBC money, it's not so bad in public insurance, but private those adjusters will try to rape you.. we got it pretty good with ICBC, but they'll still try to stiff you if you let them.. they get bonuses for saving their company money they didn't have to give to you..

yup, i found the car myself, took a wrong turn one night on a rd. that i had never been down in Vic. and there it was parked on the side of the road, about 5 days before ICBC was going to pay me out for it.  They accused me of planting the car and then finding it myself, i guess it did seem kinda suspicious but i mean if the cops were doing their job they would have found it themselves it was parked right on the side of a residental rd.  I just hate how they tried to make me the bad guy because i found my own car.
