Boost not at 0 when off

My boost has recently started sitting at 1ingh when the car is off.
Just wondering if this means I am really getting 1psi more than it reads at peak or if there is some other crazy new age math involved.

I'm on my second boost guage, and just like the first one, the needle never is exactly at zero while the engine is shut off.
I wouldn't loose sleep over it......
