Nice car, the reason he doesnt do many mods is because they have yearly inspections known as TUV, where they check you car for safety and mods , ie. they will stick a probe through a rust spot in your floor if it goes through its junk . Well maybe I'm exaggarating a bit i used to live there in 89-91 pretty cool country. The insurance is paid by how many HP you have and the displacement of motor (correct me if I'm wrong) under the hood so mods dint go too well
. Germans do try to get the most HP or (PS in German) out of their motors that's why they can go 240+ km/h with no turbo try it here lol.
