Yeah, I know, it sucks.  Like John said, you're best off doing it early and leaving it like that all summer if you think you'll go a couple times.  It's a real drag to decide Thursday night or Friday that you want to go and have to do it then.  Guys have gotten away without switching and been fine but you don't want to overheat or blow a line off on the track because antifreeze is slippery as hell and hard to clean up.  The officials and the other racers are gonna be less than happy when you shut down the track for a one hour+ clean up or something.

I am provided the weather is decent. Not running though, just being a voyeur.

Oh Kris, you gotta run it.  If not, why build it?  At your cars stage, you HAVE to find out how fast it is  Smiley

I'll be there if the weather cooperates.

Just a heads up.  Make sure your car is up to snuff safety wize.  Proper battery hold downs, no bald tires, no crappy suspension parts, no engine leaks, drain your coolant if 94 and older.  Also, if your car is clean, the tech inspecting it is less likely to think its a pile of crap and really rip into it.  Do under the hood too.  As well, empty out the car completely.  Like, nothing on the floor, rear seat, trunk.  Take out your sub box and amp, because unless its really secure(and not just jammed in there somewhere) they will make you take it out.

Also, if your car will go 13.99 or faster, you need a helmet.  And with the AWD it doesn't take too much to get there, so be warned.  And you need a Snell2000 spec helmet, not just any old brain bucket.

bring tools.

I have an idea what it'll run at this stage and although I'm not thinking I'll break the 11.49 barrier I really don't want to risk it. First I need to plumb my WG back into the DP (I hate it and it's burning my oil filter), then I need to have a nice clean dyno session and I'll be happy to get kicked off the track.  Cheesy

no fuel, rpm, or boost log. "It can't be done" Tune by luck! Lol

I don't get upset but when someone talks like they know everything and when you put a statement like this turbo spools at this rpm your kidding yourself on a car making 600-1100whp. It can't be done.

you can run 14.0 and do no extra safety things to it.

Don't gut your car if its the only car you have.  Its annoying and loud and not as useful as a car.  Yes it will go faster, but its not worth it at this point.
