this replaces CAPS and will allow you to search everything at home before calling up Mitsubishi (They don't know jack about 1G 2G Eclipse/Talon anyway)

Mitsubishi parts pricing is more aggressive than Chrysler so if  you make use of this you are gonna get better deals.  Grin

when someone gets it all into a self extracting or install pack, I will definately grab it, but I don't know a damn thing about virtual CD drives or daemon tools or whatever else you need.

you can use magicISO's free "magicdisc" to make this work as well.....don't need daemon tools.

there's also some bug about the crack that comes with the CD not working with your Vista operating system. Dig deep into the thread to find a solution.

if it's the type of file i think it is (an image), it's really easy to use. google 'daemon tools' and click the official site's link. install the program. when it starts up you should see the little red lightning bolt icon at the bottom right side of your screen (beside the clock). right click the icon, at the top of the menu click Virtual CD/DVD-ROM. in the pull-out menu there's 2 options: "Device 0:" and "set number of devices..."

click Device 0 then click 'Mount image'
find the image file you downloaded in the window that opens up and double click it. the program mounts the image on the ghost drive and then it runs it as if you put the retail cd in your computer. then when your done, do the same steps but instead of mounting the image, you highlight Device 0 and click "unmount image"

and thats it. if you want a more in-depth post i can make one with pics and all that snazzy stuff.
hope that helps
