Guess your engine doesn't vibrate like mine (cam and no balance shafts)

Update:: the all steel one came in and boy is it h-e-a-v-y !!!!!.....


Someone said my alternator may be out of balance.HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?

One time costs are about $500 (modelling, CNC programming, build soft jaw). Production cost per unit is about $60 each. For a batch of 10, it works out to $110 each using mild steel and no paint or powder coating.

There is another bracket and arm you need to make the kit work..
.

There another broken (in two pieces) one that got lent out.
I will soon have a little collection of Jay's brackets.

Was the one that you got from zach another aluminum one? or was it the "updated" steel one.


Seems like something i should stay away from.

Good thing i dont have huge ass turbos/manifolds without heatshields to kill alternators in the stock location! haha

Ryans, by the pic looks aluminum.

As for the relocation, its not just from the heat from a big turbo/external gate etc.  I have that and my alty is fine where it is.  I want to relocate, but not because of that.  I like that lump of metal behind the front axle for handling issues.  The space would be nice too.
