1995 Eagle Talon TSi AWD 5spd

« on: July 27, 2009, 08:27:20 PM »

I got a medium sized, long sleeved T in Charcoal Grey.  You would have seen me wearing it for the first time at the Fraser Valley Tour.

"BC DSM" is embroidered with white thread on the left chest.  Soft cotton material with the right amount of thickness to it.  On a hot day, it would get damp, but the hot air going over it cooled me off.

A styling touch: there are two hemmed cuts at the lower sides, sort of like what they do to Golf shirts.  Excellent at keeping the sun off my driver's side arm; only the top of my hand got sun tanned.  The medium fits me, a 38 short.  The sleeves are just the right length for me; I like sleeves to bunch a slight amount at the wrists.

Only one note:  the wrist area/sleeves do not have enough stretch to roll up over onto your forearms.  However, this is probably by design.

Sheela does an awesome job of bubble-wrap packaging the clothing and putting on the proper postage so it shows up at you door.  She PM'ed me with the order's status, when cheque received, etc.  Nice to have that level of service.

Nice work Sheela and Sy Haw!

P.S. - If I could find the shots of women's golf shirts/tanks, then I'd pick one up for Sylvia too.

Actually Brett's wife was wearing the tank top, right after they won it at Hope Slide.  It looks good on her.  It was a stretchy material so it fitted her perfectly even though she was pregnant ~!

Thank you very much Tony.
We may be putting on another BCDSM clothing sale in the Fall.  I will be offering the Woman's Tank tops at that time again.

If your wife wants a tank top now I have one (1) Med. Turquoise is stock. Very nice color.

Got my BC DSM T-shirt the other day and was very impressed as to the quality of the shirt.  None of that "cheap" thin crap from Walmart. Logos look heavy duty that won't peel off in the dryer.  All in all a great product.  Thanks!

To all the members that placed clothing orders for the October 10 deadline:

All of my shipment came in and I had to send most of them back.  The embroidery was wrong on more than half of the garments.  It will take up to 10 days to replace these.  The official BCDSM T-Shirts were fine so I will be sending them out right away.

I am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.
