no fuel, rpm, or boost log. "It can't be done" Tune by luck! Lol I don't get upset but when someone talks like they know everything and when you put a statement like this turbo spools at this rpm your kidding yourself on a car making 600-1100whp. It can't be done.

oh john!! you stinker! You never come!! must be getting old like that mike meron guy.
Well at first i was the only 4g63 powered mitsu there... and then phil maki in his 89 colt showed up.. and then igor also showed up and my buddy with the GT4 as well.
The evo finished up with a best of 14.1 @ 97 MPH w/ 1.9 60'. I beilive if i launched a bit better i could have netted a 13.9 @ 99-100 MPH. This was TOTALLY stock (besides the ARC airbox with a crappy paper air filter)... some very minor boost leaks, stock exhuast, Car seemed to pull hard tho, could use more top end power... but i guess that is what to expect from stock exhuast and the smaller ports in the 7 bolt head. A full 3" inch exhuast should really waken it up and i bet mid 13's easy on stock boost with just exhuast.
Thats the first time ever with a sub 2.0 60' ever for me!!
I actually expected to run more in the mid 14's... maybe even high 14's. Short gears and a long first gear prevailed.
Weighed the evo as well on the scale. without the 50 lbs of junk in the trunk (tools, water, etc) it weighed in at 2760 lbs without me in it. Not bad for a cast iron blocked 4g63t with AWD and being 4 door car!
Wish i was running the colt tho!!
That purple caravan was back running again.. as well as those damn quick turbo'ed honda boys as well as a neat Ford fiesta and a MX-3 and Ford escort with turbo BP swaps.

cool, a different crowd. Like to see the oddball stuff.
Your Evo makes up for the almost stock power from the weight and gearing for sure.
To get a 14.0 at 100mph I had to have full 3" exhaust, slightly modified stock aircan and 15psi.(not sure what the Evo runs for boost or if its still stock?)
But then even with crappy tires and a stupid DSM 1st gear(shifting in the 60') I could get a 1.8 out of it.

and a small port head, yes Evo 1, 2 and 3. Later ones are different as the engine fits in the bay backwards. Evos are mid-late 90's like a 2g car.

UPDATE... Festiva has new time, 12.40 @ 110 mph, now the quickest Festiva in Canada. LOL. There's gonna be some upset Mustang owners out there. The fastest Ford in his class is running a 12.60. Most of the cars if not all are Mustangs
