Garage is open to those who need it. If your doing work on your car or have a project...   you get the garage. There is a 2 car garage. and 1 person wont have a car. 4 stalls in total.

There will be enough people bring furniture. I myself have leather couches...   and my buddy had 50" LCD full surround sound. All kithcen stuff etc.

1 year lease. Sub-letting is always an option to get out tho.
