even with ur uncles discount... that price is almost certainly a dynapack bearing.  Cost on the SKF bearings is more around 150.

see the thing is the quote would have been the quote, so at most we would have tacked on a half hour or something, but it would have been the quote.  Sucks for me, good for you  Smiley  And with the job you got done being $640, it would be close.  Plus you had to pay for an alignment somewhere else?

Now being that an axle broke and a knuckle broke, you would have had to pay for one each of those, but I am assuming you had to do that as it is?  They are not free.

All in all tho, I am glad you got it done somewhere else Wink

ANYWAY back to wheel bearing issue at hand.. I went to check the wheel bearing today and to my dismay the lugs were loose!!  Embarrassed because I'm cool like that....cool like that....cool like that.
