spotted in millbay.... kinda hard to describe. once you get into the city of milbay while still on the highway you hit a bridge(going north) and then right after it is and intersection. on the left of the intersection is a commercil building with some random stores and i think  hairdresser.... well the talon was parked out front.... didnt see any stickers, or fmic. it was dark green with i think black rims
