just wondering if anyone here has tested out the HTA68 yet as far as spool and pwr.  i have one on the way as we speak but i'm really nervous to how it's gonna compare to my evoIII 16g which i'm currently running.  i couldn't be happier with the response my current turbo has, but it could use a little more up top as the boost starts to taper off towards redline.  i'm just not sure if i'm willing to sacrifice spool for more top end for a daily driver.

I'll keep you posted cuz I'll have a direct comparison to an evoIII 16g back to back. I'll also give a comparison to an fp3052 for those looking for a bit more. Both are great turbos, it's hard to imagine this new turbo's gonna be even better. The bar's been set quite high. Hopefully I won't be dissapointed.

I have read good things about that HTA turbo. More power than the E16G with almost the same spool time.

I planned on it. I was either going with the evoIII 16g or the fp hta68

I have the HTA82. Makes my old FP3575 feel really slow. Super quick spool for the compressor size.

Are u still running a 2.0l or do u have a stroker. I'm debating going to an hta82 or hta86 for my non daily driver.

Do they make this technology in something 50 trim sized?

like the spool of a small 16g with the power of a good 50 trim?  That would be sweet at least for me.

I highly doubt that's possible, but you can certainly get a billet 50 trim.

I've seen hybrids like mine using a 50 trim wheel instead of the 20G. Very rare.
