Why are you using a 1g pump? Your 2g one break?

No I bought an underdrive pulley but its for the 1g and 1g's use a v belt for the p/s.
Ive actually started taking it apart and Im going to try to swap the shafts so I can use the 1g vbelt with the 2g pump, Cant seem to get the 2g shaft out though...
I just used the 1g p/s pulley

For the sake of being through and the next persons info I can kind-of answer my own question.
No, I was not able to get the 2g shaft in there, I took both apart and they are slightly different size.
I was however able to move the entire pump over (must use 1g bracket)
Its about one lb lighter than the 2g, not much
The electronics pluged right in (I am getting a cel code now though) don't believe its related but it might be, unresolved currently
All in all if the cel code is not from the p/s then its a fairly easy install
