i want out in the snow with bald performance all seasons on the rear and 20% on the front... i made it everywhere the island DSM guys made it  Grin although i was definetly slidin around a bit I just drove extremely cautious and used common sense and i was fine. Im lookin at getting a set of 18x10 +16 offset wheels and 285/35zr18 tires... so im too cheap to spend 500$ on 4 winter tires when thats 500$ that could go towards a nice set of wheels. As for my shitty little 17x7.5 +40 rims and bald 215/40zr17 tires... they will have to do untill summer  Cheesy

just because you can make it doesn't mean you should, or even that you always will.

lol trust me i know... i really was concerned about getting down this huge hill that i struggled to get up. i made all the DSM's go first to create decent ruts in the slushy snow haha

my buddies and i went up seymour to go boarding and there were trucks, cars, jeeps everything getting stuck up there. i went up the next day with my fwd sedan with snow tires and had no issues with the snow. i was super reluctant to take my car but i wanted to go riding really bad so i just took it anyways. my snowies held up really really well. as defensive as i was driving, they had no issues traversing the snow

yea a few years back, BCDSM did a Mt Seymor run just for fun, donuts in parking lots etc.

In my good all season tires and awd, plus learning how to drive in northern Ab and snow, I got schooled by Marty in his FWD on snow tires,  Lots of us got stuck.  Marty and a 4x4 Jeep pulled us out.

Course on the icy/less snowy parking lots I could do awd donuts and he couldn't  Cheesy
