you could probably sell those tb elbows - have to say they would more appealing if they were actually an elbow though.....

in order for me to make it an elbow i would need some new machines or i would have to weld a mandrel bent piece on the flange itself. it would be nicer though if i didnt have to use a 90degree silicone elbow. nice thing is it is just one piece at least. i think my stock 1g one looks like 3 different pieces

I think those look great Dennis.  All you'd need is a 45* or 90* coupler to make that into a great throttle body elbow, depending on your pipe routing. Always nice to see some great craftsmanship, and skills put to use!

lol. they will be once i leave. just havent found something else yet. its a 4 person operation but the owner is a cheapskate who will give you every excuse in the book why he cant give a raise for the last 2 yrs. yet he just bought a new mercedes and bmw. lol i would not recommend this job to anyone. only upside is when there is nothing to do you can fabricate your own parts!   Grin

really nice work Dennis!!

I would be willing to buy one of those "elbows" if it was just an inch or two long, or fit with just a simple 90 with my existing pipes.

I am sure my 2g elbow is a limiting factor, even tho I ported the flange very well and even ported the really harsh 90 inside radius as far as I dared to go.
