Its totally all about who you know, parts service is only as good as the parts person you are talking to. A lot of them are people who work at a parts counter because there were no other jobs, others are people who know only the very standard domestic applications. Personally if I were a parts guy i would be up on all the latest and greatest in aftermarket. Also lordco sells a lot of their own products, and are subject to select vendors so they are not always encouraged to be up on what everyone else has.
