The Meet will be at Othello Tunnels justy past Hope BC. Thefastest and easiest route will most likely be on highway 1 ... but if we wated we could go the back way, and more scenic route.. but thats sorta the route of FVT so i think follow highway 1 till hope and then take hyw 5 the rest of the way to othello. There is a back way from hope to othello that is a possibility for the last leg to othello.. or on the way back as well.
Main meet up area will be the safeway parking lot in Chilliwack BC at 11pm I expect will will reach othello tunnels around 11:45- noon.... So the Vancouverites and area people can make a pre-meet up area of thier liking on the way to chilliwack.
Once we reach Othello we can either go for the tunnel tour and eat lunch after.. or eat lunch first and then do the tunnel walk after....
Looking forward to it!!
This will be a good test for people with DSM's to make sure thier car is up to snuff for FVT in july.

Brett I think those are all good ideas, but I have to admit, sitting at the drive in next to a bunch of similar cars makes me giddy.

I like the drive in Idea, Recaro Reds + a few hours of sitting always feels nice. |

I'd be in for a meetup and lunch or something, A&W in Langley or something like that? doubt I'll drive to whistler though. Don't think I'd sit in the talon at the drive in either, but I'd come in the truck. Racing Seat and a cage would not be comfortable.

I'm in, but I probably wouldn't go to Whistler, thats a really long drive in a car like mine. Even in a well tuned car, the gas would be expensive.
And I know its long the other way for you city folk, but the Othello tunnels is really nice for a picknick, bbq thing. Tho its busy lots of times and they charge a small fee for parking.
Just a cruise up behind Mission or something would be nice, then we all stop for a bite to eat?
