Was nice to finally put some faces to a lot of the names on the forum. Great turn out. Great people. Nice cars.

Wondering though if anybody actually called that number about the "show talon" they had who didn't know about BC DSM  Roll Eyes

Anyway big thanks to Sheela for stressing about it big time for months before.
Brett, John, Marke, Ryan (making sure I didn't get lost!)

Of course, a DSM or two has to have an issue, right? *cough* Jason *cough* what?

(BTW! Who is the guy with the HTC Sensation? You know who you are. PM ME! I'll be needing a new phone soon  Grin)

Many thanks to Brett, John, Joliesa, Marke, Ryan, Sy Haw & Sheela for dealing with all of the details to make a successful meet happen and helping keeping us fed.  Thanks Cam for bringing the radios.

Thanks everyone for bringing yourselves, your friends, partners/family and cars out to the meet.  Like Loré, I have trouble putting cars and faces together; after a few more meets, I'll do better.

Loré, you are correct.  Eagle called the colour "Tropical Lime".  I waited five months (special order colour & limited slip) to get it delivered January 1995.

Thanks Loré!

I confirm that I am a hoarder.

Yes, I have the "motor vehicle purchase agreement".  And the sales brochure.  And the Car & Driver magazine that pitted the Talon (2nd place) against Mitsu Eclipse GS-T (fifth place).  C&D chose the Acura Integra GS-R as first place.

When's the next meet Remi?

I have all that crap for the XR4Ti, I bought from the original owner.  They were even more fanatical than you Tony!  They painted an RC car in the same colour as the real one, they had 6-8 mags with XR articles in them, etc etc etc.  Original sales invoices etc.

GS-R is a cool car, but fwd is fail wheel drive when there is an awd in the mix.
