any of those same body style I am sure.  Look in google for that range of years.

As well, I suspect some of the older ones will fit too.  the engine itself is virtually unchanged since way back when.

I was talking to a guy that had a 02 and he said he thinks in 06 they switched from a 1.8 to a 2L. He did a 6spd swap on his 02 and is selling his 5spd so I called him. He didn't seem 100% though so I thought I would ask here.
I joined Vic VW club tonight to ask them. Hopfully this doesn't cost an arm and a leg... Friggen pisses me off just as I am about to get the DSM fixed this happens. 😂
