My timing light is shit, and i need to set my base timing. ive also never done it befor. I got a case of beer, and even a dry place to work.

If this is on the van, just so u know.... I re-located  the base timing connector under the dash now, sorta down by the ecu.  I marked it with bright green tape and wrote "timing connector" or somthing on it....
