Fuel cut, sounds like your running out of fuel at higher psi. What are you using to tune it whats your fuel system comprised of?

If your using a 255 wally you may have to get an AFPR otherwise it might overrun the stock regulator on you. However with the 16g it might compensate im not sure on this, maybe one of the higher ups could help a little better.
At 12PSI you shouldn't be hitting fuel cut but you never know, I know on my two stockers I upped the boost on I was able to hold around 15 pounds before I would hit fuel cut.

uhhh if your running a 1G mas or GM MAS/MAFT then its hitting fuel cut more then likely,,, fuel cut can also be brought on by knock as well as high Hz readings from the MAS. Boost leaks will also make this worse as well.

you can also play around with the knobs and switches on the MAFT to trick the ECU into seeing less MAF Hz then what is actually going through it.
I would recommend that you have a good understanding of what all the switches and knobs do and how to properly adjust them before you do anything... and also it would be a good idea to have a datalogger and maybe a wideband so you can get a idea of what the car is doing so you dont blow anything up.
