How do you get to L&R, ive never been there before.

Where are you coming from?  It is just off of the Mary Hill Bypass in POCO.

Sorry, just saw that you are in Mision.  If you go to POCO via Lougheed, when you cross the Pitt River Bridge, go to your left and that will put you on the Mary Hill bypass.  

There is one set of lights right after the bridge.  Go through them.  

The next set of lights is Kingsway.  Turn Right.

Continue on Kingsway until you get to 1952 Kigsway.  (Big Blue complex)  Go to the back of the complex, on the right side is L&R.

I hope that this is not too confusing.  It is very simple.
