i would bet no.

the guy says leaning out the air/fuel ratio from stock will lose power, where as richer mixture makes more power. isnt that backwards......?

If you looked at that chip, you would find that it had resistors in it.  Hmm two wires in, two wires out.  All it does it change your barometer and IAT values.  Thats how it "modifies" the fuel curve for "more power".

For an NT, the best thing you could do is put a header on it, and a k&n.  After that, what you want to trade in and get a dsm with a turbo.

Or do a conversion.....
