there's my video evidence, notice some areas when right when i get back on the gas a small puff of smoke comes out. And after sitting for a good month or so, the puff was quite noticeably larger but then went back down to being small after driving a bit.  Any idea as to what's most likely causing this? valve, ring, valve seals? I know i should do all the tests but i thought i'd get an idea of what it might be first.

Thanks

More likely valve stern seals.

NIIIICE RIMS!!!!    Its hard to tell in the crappy vid, from the looks of things it is white smoke, but you said its blue, so yah, prob guides, its not on compression, so its not blowby or piston rings (maybe)

Yep, it's DEFINITELY valve stem seals like Chao said.

Oh yeah, lowell is pretty used to replacing these seals without taking the head off, so its not gonna cost you a few vital organs. :P

Same thing happened to me, had blue smoke puffing out the back.  Turned out to be my vale stem seals as everyone mentioned, cost about $600 at Lowells.
