Back to the original topic of this thread......... Happy to hear you fixed your door/fender problem today.  You too Jovan!  I say you guys should skip the new hinges and look into the Lambo door mod.  I'd be in for a group buy!!

That sucks Andrew...  :(

Now that mine's fixed I think the problem might not be only the hinges but that the plastic trim on the door comes a little loose and sticks out fom the door, closing the gap and crunching the fender.

Well, learned a lot on Sat.  Jovan and I tried bending his hinges back in, we tried swapping the hinges from upper to lower, etc etc - only thing that really worked was bending the fender out past the door's pathway IN when opened.  It's a temporary, yet very effective fix.  I've got my hinges on order from Vancouver Mitsu, so we'll see on Wednesday when the hinges come in.

My k car used to do this really badly too.

I fixed it with a nice firm boot to the passenger side fender.
