Hey thanks Andrew , this forum will be really handy now that island interest is picking up. Hopefully we can gather a few more members over winter and have some good meets here in the Spring.

Moderator hmmm? Well, I'm sure I'll figure it out. I'm certainly here enough. :P but I guess I'll need to curb my own sailor talk 'n' such, or else I'll be deleting my own posts.

As for the use of this "Patio" forum, I think it should be used for island specific chatter only. There is no reason to not use the main forums if it is general questions, problems, or banter that can apply to all members. If you want it here though, I probably wont move it. We'll just see how this goes.

Eg. if you need to know where to get somthing, have work done, or get help with a repair on the island, then here is the place to ask. If you're having a rager with free booze, then definately post that in the Island meets section 8)

Yeah island board is a good idea, so much easier to get a hold of each other and set things up.  But still plan on giving as much input to the GVRD board as possible.  Oh ya this winter has many a things planned for my car now i just have to find the money to do them.  :)

Curious, why did you opt for the 2.5" over the 3"?

When i got the exhaust put on i was completley new at the whole DSM thing so i had no idea, lucky thing i even went for the 2.5"  :D If only i could turn back time and knew what i know now, things would be different.

yeah, but you can just get your wastegate flapper enlarged... no sense in wasting horsepower..

I have a 2g manifold and a 3" turbo back, with a stock turbo, and no boost creep... it's great
