well i have been stuck not doing any work for the last few weeks because i wanted to be at home incase yvonne went into labour... now that the baby is born, and no risk of yvonne getting stuck going into labour without a driver... i can find time again to get work done on the cars i have to do.

I still try and make sure that yvonne isn't at home with the two kids all the time by herself... but luckily she is pretty much fully functional again and able to walk around and do lots of stuff, and the baby is healthy and doing good.. But the work has to be done, its not going to do itself!.   I usually go work on my projects later in the night once the kids are in bed, and yvonne can relax... or we go to visit yvonnes parents (thats where the shop is i do all my work at....  so while yvonne is visiting her parents i go work on the car while her parents help out with the kids.

Currently have 3 big jobs in progress.
1)  2gb eclipse build
2) 400hp 4g63t colt needing engine replaced
3) turbo toyota celica in pieces, needing to be put back together (machine work is done, engine and everything needs to go back together)

plus i work a full time job at OK Tire in chillwack 5 days a week..... busy busy busy!

oh and im not counting all the crap that still has to be done to my 93 turbo colt, my evo, and the turbo storm, and the wifes DD ford escape!!!  if i think about that stuff ill go crazy!

Yeah, I have considered it...  I imagine this 2gb will go of for sale once its completed, and another one of my cars might have to go too as I have no room for them.  Stuck between selling my reliable daily driver white 89 hatch turbo colt, or my frankenstine 93 4g63t colt.  I'm definatly not selling my evo or the storm... I know that.

I didn't think anyone had more projects than me going on at once ...... I guess I was mistaken.  Looking good.

I would like to see the storm one day.... Geo right?  I never thought there to be a reason to keep a storm, other than the cool name of course.
Current projects:  1992 Laser RS AWD - daily summer
1995 Talon Tsi AWD - daily winter
1989 2000GTX FWD - not sure where this is going yet
1991 Talon Tsi AWD - soon to be organ donor

Yup, its a 1993 geo storm...  wife has owned it since she was 16.  (she is now 29), so its been in the family for awhile.  When i first met her it had a 92HP 1.6L SOHC engine in it.  I then swapped in a 140 HP DOHC 1.8L engine.   I then found a couple Isuzu Impulse RS's and parted them and took all the turbo stuff off of them and swapped it in.

The geo storm now has probably around 180 HP and runs 8 psi of boost through a IHI turbo, top mount intercooler, runs a stock DIS ignition system/engine managment from the RS, and theres lots more mods and power going to be going on it in the future!

Last year i managed to get her down the track in 14.9 seconds @ 6 psi of boost..   thats the fastest geo storm i have seen in person lol!

oh, i got a bit more done on the 2gb....  taped off the new painted engine bay and rock guarded the inner wheel well areas.  car now looks like it rolled off the showroom floor... id say the paint job is even better then new...  it seems the oem's skimp a bit when painting the engine bay...  and ill be the first to admit... its damn hard to get paint into all the small creveses and contours in the enginebay....  i can see why the OEM's just do a quick spray.  Its even worse on brand new cars i have noticed as well.
