if i got a turbo kit for my car would i have 2 upgrade anything else like piston etc...

Assuming you have a TSi and depending on which year you have, stock internals will be good until you start getting into some serious hp, ie ~400.

Also depending on which turbo you get, you'll need either some or a whole lot of supporting mods.

If you have a 1g NT, the only turbo kit worth buying would be found in the buy&sell under import cars 1990-94 and comes complete with turbo, engine, tranny, tires, wheels, steering wheel, interior, body, windows, etc. etc. ;)

Also, for question like that, you gotta tell us what car you've got to begin with.  Some cars take better to turbos than other cars....

ok i have a 98 egale talon esi......I am looking at either a stage 1 or stage 2 star turbo kit

I think you need to do some reading before you consider a turbo kit for your car, you should really know exactly what you're doing, what you need, what you're buying, where it's going and why before you do.
