running rich?

Underfull boost when I shift black smokee out the tailpipe. Datalogger shows the o2-r at .87v . Is that normal?  The car doesnt drop boost pressure either  :-\

those seem low :(

meh, I have seen worse.  Is your BOV recirculated?  what are your fuel trims at?  L, M, H
