So changed out the head got everything back together but its an absolute B**ch to get it to start, Im not sure why its doing this :S

Yeah, travis is probably right. I would seriously check ur timing belt marks. Post up pics of how the cam marks look (close up of the middle marks) when the notch on the harmonic balance lines up with the "T" on the timing tab on the front cover.
