Turbo question.

Does anyone know of a tdo5h that is only oil cooled?
Pulled a turbo of my buddy's celica(previously built before purchase) and the only numbers I can find are on the hot side, and are 78-11020, putting that in google comes up with a tdo5h 14b, but this turbo is not water cooled and coolant passages haven't been blocked off , any help would be appreciated

so they put on an aftermarket turbo that doesnt allow for water cooling but the stock setup on the the celica has ports that should be used for it ? if thats the case just run a line from one port to the other to complete the route. turbos dont always need to be water cooled . as far as the numbers on the hot side maybe the turbo was rebuilt and just put a new chinese compressor housing on.
