HELP CAR KEEPS BOGGING
« on: August 16, 2016, 11:29:43 pm »
Notice came on my 2g about a couple days ago. My car would drive fine in 1st but start bogging in 2nd and 3rd. Can kinda hear boost but also car is stuttering alot. Haven't checked code, will do it the morning. But thinking it's either wires or spark plugs, cam sensor, Ignition coil, or my bad O2 sensors finally giving in. What do you think the fix could be?

Check any boost leak around pipes, blow off valve, and interccoler couplers, and cracks in the intercooler.
like sports cars specially awd cars with turbo. I hope I can find a eagle talon or mitsubishi eclipse here in DSM.

do a proper boost leak test.  IE not "checking it out" or looking at it, but building or buying a device that allows the charge air pipes to be pressurized.
