Here are the two most recent readings from aircare of my car:

As you can see all of the values have increased significantly.  
The limits are 0.5 HC, 9.32 CO, 1.24 NOx.  I am not really far from the limit now.

So is there something wrong with my car?  And which part affects which reading?
