So is it possible to run a 20g with stock injectors, and if so, how much boost could I run it with?

Anything is possible, the question should be "what will blow up first?"  Having said that, I run my Frank3 with stock injectors, but at 14Psi and usually have a gallon or so of race gas in there.  The step by step build up to the 20G point has been covered ad nauseum in numerious Vfaqs.

Just keep boost at 15 psi or less...   8)

If you are a creative DIY'r, with a bit of screwing around, you can use all the stock piping, and lines.....

For the longest time, I ran the 20G with everything stock, except K&n and muffler.  I didn't get full potential out of the turbo, and didn't need massive supporting mods.

If you have a 3" turboback exhaust and UIC pipe, things will flow a lot more, and all of a sudden that turbo starts to work and then you need more fuel.   After I added the 3" turboback, I started overrunning the 1G maf, and at over 15 psi, things would get very lean.  Dangerously so....

So then I got the supporting mods.   Kind of a reverse upgrade path, but if you are sensible, you won't do any damage.

Actually, thats how I started.   Shortly after I got the car,  I realized the exhaust turbine housing had a huge crack in it, and figured I would replace it.   SO....thats how I got the 20G before ANY other supporting mods.   Do I  regret my upgrade path?   Not on your life.

Just remember a 20G flows quite a bit more than a big 16G.  Its worth the difference in price.....in my power-crazed mind, anyway....

Im kind of with Chris on this one.  I got a bit of a wastegate problem, and my turbo has some boost leak, so the sane idea would be to get it fixed, but im just gonna grab a tial 35mm wastegate, and a 20g.  Only problem is that im a lil strapped for cash, and can't get bigger injectors and a SAFC.

- cost of installed 20G  =  $1200 (uh, don't quote me on that...)
 - the feeling you get blowing away other imports = priceless......

Its not BCDSM,  its an army of 20G equipped hondah killahs.... :uzi:

Oh, yeah,  I'm using an internal WG  (enlarged, though), and its been absolutely fabulous......
