Title: Think this will work? Separate boost maps. Switch selectable.
Post by: Brett Haviland on July 01, 2017, 02:14:28 pm
Running tunerpro Swede density.  Has separate boost maps for BCS  solenoid and EGR solenoid.

Here's a picture of how I would wire it up.

This should allow me to just flick a switch and switch from "race" boost map to a low boost map that will run low boost and solve my compressor surge issues at lower rpm at partial throttle on the highway.

How i plan to have it wired the relay just switches the BCS signal wire. The relay will not be switching on/off with the duty cycle. It just connects the two different control wires to the BCS depending on if it's de-energized or not. This will allow switching between a "race" boost map and a "low" boost map.

I was thinking late at night and this popped into my head. Havnt wired it up yet, but I think it may work and be super simple to wire up
