crankwalk??
get someone else to step on and off the clutch for you , while you are watching the crank pulley and try to see if the crank walks back and forth.
you will probably need to shine a good light in there from the top to see it move.  I have seen them move this way before.

Try to determine where the noise is coming from.. Listen through a length of heater hose and move it around the engine bay and try to find the ticking you hear.  Listen especially around the crank pulley to  see if CAS is hitting the trigger plate.  Once again have someone press the clutch and see if it goes away.  Listen to the transmission too, the noise could be coming from there since it goes away when you press the clutch.

i tried it & it seems like its comming from the transmission. i tried to see if its a loose bolt or something, but the problem is still here..

if it is from the transmission.. should i be worried??

damn these dsms.. just like women can live with them, without them..
