can you get on it with one of those bolt extractors that Sears makes? Is there enough room to fit one over top? If so,they work well.
You can also try to pound in a Torx bit socket that is slightly larger than the allen key. I have to do this all the time at work due to old corroded VW engines using them. Friggin ANNOYING. Most of the time the Torx bit works.
Pound it in GOOD, till it for sure bottoms out. Then put your biggest ratchet on it, adapted down to fit the socket. Then push HARD while turing, do NOT let it slip towards you. It will crack loose.
