I dont think anyone on here has a kit on a 1g...so I dont know how much help you will get from here, have you tried google? mostly this is frowned upon, most people dont like the look of a 1g with a kit but as it is your own car do what you think looks good and what you like.

hm... you probably have to remove your stock side skirts.. cause you cant just place aftermarket skirts on top of stock skirts.. gotta strip those off.. i think? try that and see

you have to remove your kit you have have on there man. the kit has nothing to do with the door. do you can choose to keep the door stock or remove the door molding. easy little set up really.

Then read old postings about it.

Jon next time ask Jas or myself something like this just to... yeah anyway

He means the body panels on the door and just below it that runs along the car, Shane.

Richard's packed a whole bunch of snow in the winter so he pulled it off and re-glued it. That's probably what you want to do man.

If I had a 1g, the first thing I'd do is slap a drift kit on it.

1Gs aren't really body-kit material though whereas 2Gs are more so...

EDIT: And it's too bad they're not really drift cars ;)

I would say that there are a few people on here that have 1G body kits.. I don't know if it isfrowned upon, more like if it isn't done cleanly then hell yeah it would be U.G.L.Y! lol They are not enough body kits for 1Gs, let alone nice looking ones. More companies focused on 2G kits where there is an abundance

True enough...but the kit doesn't really help in drifting anyway. I wonder why they called it that. Should have been called draft kit, seems more fitting.

But remember that this is Vancouver...where anything goes as far as 'pimping rides' goes! ;D
I've seen daytons on chevette's...pink rims on red cars...baseboard plastic used for sideskirts (yes the kind from home depot)!

I agree with Cam, 1g's don't need a body kit.
