not a bad price... Does look like a1990 ecu though (by looking up the part number, also 1990's were inked onto the ecu case, 91-94 have a sticker on them with the part number.). That ecu will not work on a 91-94 (unless u swap 2 wires), even then it will not drive the 91-94 tachometer properly. The ebay listing is wrong.. unless the circuit board has been swapped to a different case, which you can prove it had not because the numbers printed on the white connector inside the ecu the ecu match the number on the front of the case... meaning its definalty a 1990 ecu.
also looking at that ECU it looks like its already been repaired (big globs of solder near capacitor C14 trace (meaning it had previous capacitor damage)
I can repair yours (91-94 ecu I assume) and replace the caps for around $80-$100 including shipping back to you. if I cant fix it...just a $20 minimum charge for diagnostic of the ecu.
I just repaired three NO START ecu's that had bad damage from leaking caps. I have all 3 ecu's now working normally after a few hours of repairing damaged traces, replacing C14 surface mount capacitors, and replacing all the electrolytic capacitors.
here is the link to a page that goes through what ECU parts numbers correspond to what year dsm/awd/fwd/auto/manual etc etc
