the nwalfa track day on 9/15 only had ~45 cars in 3 groups, so plenty of lap time and space (unlike last month according to arnold)
ran a bit w/ an 04 gto; it's midsize but there's 5.7L under the hood! i wonder why this car bombed saleswise
got a compliment from an m coupe driver that my car was fast =).
chatted a bit w/ a gti driver in c group who said he topped out at 120mph. i said wow how much hp does it have cuz that's about as fast as my car, which weighs only ~100 lbs more. he said 175hp and i said "impressive" but thought to myself i'd have to see it to believe it (he was in c group so i didn't think benefit of the doubt was warranted =)
my right rear brake pad (porterfield r4s) finally expired; it lasted 9 track days, so 3 times longer than the front r4s on my car.
i think the left turn bias of pr and bremerton made the rights go first, so it's wise to check both sides when they don't come w/ the squealer prongs =)
