Buttonwillow raceway config 13 counterclockwise 10/15/06 2:19.9 lap @grapevine turn, stu 95 m3 (sorry guys but it outhandles my talon in the dry)

still working up the nerve to brake less into riverside (big arc left after hill), and carrying more speed from sunset into the esses.  at least i didn't spin out and throw dirt/mud onto various parts of the track =)

config 13 ccw is challenging, fast and somewhat taxing on brakes; lookin fwd to running clockwise!

i noticed that posted hpde 3 transponder times were 2:11~2:28 while timetrial/hpde 4 were 1:55(!)~2:15

got a compliment from a super7 and s2k (who let me pass to see my lines since he wasn't in the day 1 instruction group like i was)
stx 95 talon awd, stu 95 m3

Watch out for that corner.  I had to clean off many an air duct and front wings on an F2000 from going off repeatedly at that corner.  Obviously, smoothness is key and setting up early because once you go over that crest, you spend a lot of time light on the wheels.  Never driven it myself but that's what semi-pro drivers have told me.
