flat out drag race, it all depends on what you have both done.
Bone stock to Bone stock, 1/8th mile if you can drive you will win. 1/4, his light weight will take over.
handling, braking, he will keel you.
But you can make more and more power, cheaply and easily and not have to run the ragged edge of tuning.
I love the rotary, and turbocharged it kicks ass too, but in the 3rg gen RX-7(the nice swoopy one like his) they have huge heat issues due to close packaging. And when our cars knock, they will take it for years(in my case) and then finally blow something up. The rotary, if it knocks, it will almost always die quickly and with gusto. If its built with super duper apex seals and who ever put it togeather knew what they were doing, then its much tougher. And they do only have 3 moving parts, so if you can figure out the apex seal thing and tune it well, they are damn robust. The average street tuner can make the Talon fly for less money, and less brain power than the Rex.
