Open class @ mission raceway
« on: April 14, 2012, 07:23:04 am »
I was @ mission street legal last night and they have the open class for everyone. It was pretty fun watching people race as much as they want and going against anyone.
What do u guys think about this? Maybe they should keep it instead of dom and sc class.

So Paul, who's ass did you kick??  Tell us the details..   ;D

Dividing classes does make sense when trying to compare apples to apples, unless you have a grapple. (which aren't bad)

I didn't get any videos but his buddy has it in his iphone.

Best race of the night in my opinion was when Lyle race against the white supra. Lyle's car sound like gunshots everytime he shifts.

Open class is pritty cool, weeks to tune etc waiting in line to test em. It's like test day only with a waiting line. And you can spank civics and gt500s in one night at the track. Maybe race a bike or two. ;)

Then google.
Then read old postings about it.
Then ask.

Awsome!  Im fine with open class... Who cares what races what. Ideally, they should just try to make close races. When I make a trip out there, I really wont care what lines up with me.
I just hope I dont see metal pieces in my rear view.   :-X  lol

It would feel good to spank a car that should beat you.
