J-pipe, and downpipe sits at a different angle too I think?
J pipe if 1G will be the same, if 2G will need changing - I imagine it'll be upgraded along with FMIC anyways. Downpipe, if 1g should be standard angle unless it's an e3-16g (which had a different angle on the o2 housing).
Injectors, pump/regulator/rewire, boost control, downpipe/exhaust, oil lines for turbo, probably re-stud the exhaust manifold while you're in there. Management of your choice (chip/link/etc). And all your regular maintenance items before you go and throw a 30% power gain on your old fluids/brakes/tires/timing belt/ etc (But that's just me, because imho if you're not caught up on all that stuff you'll want to spend that money first).
