Total turn around time: 3 weeks.

I'm pretty pleased with how this turned out.  I originally expected some things not to be replaced...  Situation, I had bought 2 AEM UEGO last July from an online retailer... I didn't get to install them till early this spring... turns out that all both gauges were defective.

The two AEM UEGOs were just displaying ---  and nothing else... we tried everything.

The hardest part was getting a RMA number... you had to called their RMA depart and do over the phone testing with them for them to issue you one.  But their online tech guy was pretty knowledgeable... the hardest part was trying to get to him, cause they are pretty busy.

After getting the RMA number you were allowed to ship the item back to AEM....

After 3 weeks (including my shipping time of 2 days by air) they sent me two brand new gauges with the quick release connectors on the back.  (My old ones were hard wired such a bitch to wire)

Better experience than most for doing RMAs.  Thumbs up to them.
