Question for yah, do you have to have an 02 pipe, or can you drill an 02 sensor into the 3" exhaust a little ways down, or will that give you some funny readings?

You probably could integrate the o2 housing part and downpipe part into one, but I haven't done it.   I can only speculate.

As for 02 readings, I kept the o2 sensor in the stock location, so once again I'm not really sure what would happen if you were to change it.

I tried to keep my system as close to stock as possible in terms of locations, connections, fitment, etc. to minimize surprises.  It would suck to have to unbolt your downpipe from the exhaust turbine housing (or remove the turbo) just to change the oil filter.    There are remote oil filter kits on the market, for the wise guys out there.......
