Panther wheels...good bad?
« on: February 10, 2011, 11:38:28 am »
I have a set of 20" wheels that I need to have re-fab'd. Two are warped pretty bad, the other two are in average condition. I'd like to make all 4 brand new again...was quoted $150-$200 per wheel depending on how much they need to do.

Anyone ever deal with them? Would you recommend them?

Thanks

the shop i used to work for in victoria used to ship wheels to them if the car was in the body shop getting repaired from an accident or whatever, wheels always came back looking brand new... I was the tire/oilchange/brake bitch boy and I always got to take the tire off the damaged rim, and give the rim to shipping/recieving and then when they got the wheel back I had to mount and balance. I saw probably 20-30 wheels get repaired while i worked there, all looked brand new after. Id recommend.

You could also give Greens a shot, not sure what they charge.  We've sent a few wheels to them and they've come back looking 100%
